Shipping Policy
Delivery costs are set currently at AUD12 for orders weighing up to 3kg. Over 3kgs will be calculated with your total at checkout.
PRE-ORDER ONLY: Please note, items on pre-order only will be dispatched by estimated release date (we do not guarantee release date).
If you are ordering pre-order items with other items (not on pre-order), they will all be dispatched at the same time.
We endeavour to ship out new orders within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Return Exchange Policy
Credits Returns
AussieTrend is committed to your satisfaction and will stand by the products we sell with the following “no fuss” returns policy: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to AussieTrend within 3 days from invoice date for a credit or full refund, as long as it is in perfect, re-saleable condition. AussieTrend reserves the right to reject a return if the item(s) are not in perfect, re-saleable condition. Customer will bear return postage fees.
Return Methodology
All returns must be pre-approved by AussieTrend before shipping. AussieTrend will then advise the most efficient way to return the items.
Returns – Delivery Charges
If the goods AussieTrend sent you are either faulty or not what you ordered, AussieTrend will cover the cost of returning the merchandise and send you the correct item at no additional cost. Please note that this does not apply to goods which have been delivered correctly and are not faulty.
